Shipping Info

We ship the orders worldwide. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items if at your request they have been left somewhere unsigned.
On occasion, items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer service department, by email - suppot@kiltvalley.com quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate the issue.
Our Shipping Department is fully integrated with courier companies which means that the second your parcel is dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

Shipment Policy
-We ship goods all over the world and the shipping flat rate is 10$ for any destination.
-We offer two types of deliveries Standard and Express
-No handling charges & no tax for all items.
-We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days.
-Custom-made normal orders may take about 4-5 weeks.
-Custom-made rush orders may take 8-10 days.
-Delivery time may vary according to your location.
-The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
-Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes on any of our delivery services.
-If shipping addresses are in a remote area then more charges will be required.
